Usage

Module​

In your WHMCS Admin Area, go to Addons > Pingen. You will be presented with the following tabs:

Unpaid Invoices​

This lists all unpaid invoices and their status:

  • Sent: invoice has been sent with Pingen. Click on the Resend button to resend it.
  • Pending: the invoice matches the criteria but has not been sent yet. Click on the Send button to send it.
  • Irrelevant: invoice does not match the criteria. You can send it anyway by clicking the Send button

Sent Invoices​

Lists the invoices that have been sent via Pingen.

Click on the View button to see the invoice and its status.

Valid Quotes​

This lists all valid quotes and their status.

Sent Quotes​

Lists the quotes that have been sent via Pingen.

Click on the View button to see the quote and its status.

Documents​

Lists all the documents present on Pingen. Here you can view, send or delete each document.

Send Center​

Track your mailings. The status indicates whether it is in preparation or it has been mailed.

  • Depending on the status, you can cancel the sending.
  • Tracking is only available for Priority speed for destination countries that support it

Upload​

Here you can manually download any PDF document for sending.

Please note that the document needs to meet certain requirements, like minimum margins and destination address positioning. Pingen will alert you if there are problems with the document validation.

WHMCS Integration​

Invoices​

If you open an invoice in the WHMCS Admin Area, you will see an additional button “Send to Pingen”. This allows you to directly send the invoice without needing to open the addon.

Client Profiles​

The client profiles in the Admin Area will get a new field called “Send invoices with Pingen”. This allows you to set the behavior on a per-client basis.

Available options:

  • System Default - Will send automatically if the “Sending mode” setting in the addon is set to “Automatic” and the configured criteria is met.
  • Enabled - Will send automatically if the “Sending mode” setting in the addon is set to “Automatic” or “Clients” and the configured criteria is met.
  • Disabled - Will never send invoices to Pingen, regardless of addon configuration.
