Upgrade

Upgrade from BestPDF v2.x​

  1. Copy the contents of modules/ to your whmcs modules/ folder, overwriting existing files.
  2. Open the BestPDF addon to trigger the update procedure
  3. Check the language files in the modules/addons/bestpdf/lang/ folder. If you want to customize anything, create a language file in modules/addons/bestpdf/lang/overrides/ that contains the modified strings.

Upgrade from BestPDF v1.x​

  1. Delete your modules/addon/bestpdf/vendor/ directory.
  2. Copy the contents of modules/ to your whmcs modules/ folder.
  3. IMPORTANT: Open the BestPDF addon, this will trigger the automatic upgrade procedure.
  4. Take your time to familiarize yourself with the new configuration interface.
  5. Double check that your invoices still look the way they should.
