  • Physical mail from Blesta — hand invoices and quotes to pingen.com for professional printing and worldwide postal delivery.
  • Manual or automatic sending — send on demand from the admin area, or let Pingen Post send every eligible invoice as it is created or as its order is accepted.
  • Client opt-in / opt-out — decide per client, from the admin area or from the client's own portal page.
  • Optional delivery fee — charge a postal-handling fee, taken from a referenced product's multi-currency pricing, on paper-delivered invoices.
  • Full tracking — follow every letter from preparing through sent in the Mailroom, with per-step tracking events where the destination country supports it.
  • Staging and production — try everything against Pingen's staging environment (no letters sent, no cost) before switching to production.
  • Manual uploads and a price calculator — send any PDF by hand and preview what a mailing will cost before you commit.
  • Integrates with BestPDF for Pingen-ready PDF documents — correct margins, no sender address, and the fold marks required for window-envelope delivery.
  • Integrates with Billing Booster to print a detachable Swiss QR payment slip on invoices bound for Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
